Throughout her career, Sheila has worked for several world-renowned brands, notably the Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Accor, Radisson & some UK-leading luxury chains such as Lion Quays, Bespoke and Grange Hotels. Some of the reputable hotels that Sheila has managed in the past includes the London Hilton on Park Lane, Trianon Palace, Versailles - a Waldorf Astoria hotel and the Hilton London Tower Bridge. Sheila has successfully completed 3 pre-openings, 2 openings and 3 brand transition.

She has a proven track record of establishing longstanding and successful client relationships. A driven, resourceful, dynamic sales professional, with wide experience of managing a range of market segments at strategic Director and Consultant level primarily in MICE sectors, to deliver revenues in-line with required budgets tactically and operationally. Previously, amongst other travel industry positions, Karen was Director of Sales for the Jury Doyle Hotel Group.
